Job Description
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a renowned “AAA” rated specialized financial institution with a network of more than 500 branches across Pakistan, is inviting applications from experienced, energetic and challenge-oriented banking professionals.
ZTBL is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Branch Manager in different cities across Pakistan. Selected candidates will be responsible for achieving deposit mobilization targets, credit expansion, recovery of loans, branch operations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
The selected Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Deposit mobilization
- Agricultural credit expansion
- Recovery of regular loans
- Recovery of non-performing loans
- Supervision of branch services and operations
- Ensuring E-KYC compliance
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing overall branch performance
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant’s maximum age must not exceed 45 years on the closing date.
- Market-competitive remuneration will be offered.
