Principal Architect BS-19 – FPSC Case F.4-109/2026-R

FPSC has announced two permanent Principal Architect positions in Military Engineering Services under the Ministry of Defence. The role is intended for experienced architecture professionals who can contribute to planning, design and technical oversight of major public-sector projects in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior architectural input for planning and design assignments.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate architectural work with engineering and project stakeholders.
• Support compliance with applicable planning, safety and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD, MS, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architecture & Planning, or an equivalent HEC/PCATP-recognized qualification.
• Required post-qualification experience is eight years for PhD, ten years for MS, or twelve years for the specified Master's/Bachelor's qualification.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners is required by the closing date.
• Age limit is 32–40 years plus five years of general upper-age relaxation.
