Drawing Mistress BS-16 – FPSC Case F.4-115/2026-R

FPSC has advertised six permanent Drawing Mistress posts for Federal Government Educational Institutions, Cantts and Garrisons. This recruitment provides Fine Arts graduates and eligible diploma holders a route into federal art education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach drawing, visual-art techniques and creative composition.
• Prepare age-appropriate practical activities and classroom demonstrations.
• Assess portfolios, assignments and student participation.
• Support displays, competitions and other school creative programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Second class or Grade C Bachelor's degree based on 14 years of education with a one-year diploma in Fine Art/Drawing or equivalent; alternatively a 14-year Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from an HEC-recognized university.
• Age limit is 20–28 years plus five years of general upper-age relaxation.
• Six vacancies are distributed among merit, Punjab, Sindh Rural and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa quotas.
• Posting can be anywhere in Pakistan.
